B Two screens were performed in HEK293T-hACE2 cells transduced with the Brunello sgRNA library. In the first screen, cells were infected with SARS-CoV-2 or OC43 at MOI 0.01 and resistant cells were reinfected with either MOI 0.01 or MOI 0.1 of the corresponding virus. In the second screen, cells were infected with SARS-CoV-2 at MOI 0.3 and reinfected at MOI 0.03.
