(A) Top 15 upregulated pathways in acute KD were highly involved in innate responses; (B) 15 downregulated pathways in acute KD were highly involved in host protein synthesis and T cell responses. The P values were determined using Fisher’s Exact Test with Benjamini-Hochberg multiple testing corrections. Although there was a large difference in the number of DATs, the most significant pathways were highly similar between the two methods.
